Adam's Blessing

We blessed Adam on the 12th of July when I knew my parents would be in town and were lucky to have all my siblings there, too.
Since we've always blessed our babies around 2 to 4 weeks old, none of the boys ever fit Weston's blessing outfit. But, Adam was 3 months old for his blessing, so he wore his Daddy's cute little outfit.

And since it was Nathan's Birthday, a cake was in order. Nathan's favorite- jello flag cake.

After church, lunch in the backyard was hotter than we anticipated and Adam wasn't excited about his photo shoot I arranged with Cousin Julie. Wouldn't you be mad if you were in polyester!?

So after he was sleeping like a baby, we laid him in his stroller on the Bethlehem blanket and took as many photos as possible. :) Thanks Julie, for some great pics to remember the day!

I love the little rays of light from through the trees.

So Sweet! He's so adored, and has really changed our family. He's such a wonderful addition!
